Our AC was not working and he quickly and efficiently determined that a lizard got into our system and damaged the wiring, along with frying himself inside our air conditioner.  He extracted said lizard, fixed the wiring and sealed the outside so it wouldn't happen again. Thanks BAM!

Starting at the initial call level, the office manager, Elayney, is remarkable and is extremely organized and efficient. Also is a great communicator. Such a pleasure to work with. As for the owner, Ward, another great down to earth type of person that will do anything he can in his power to get you up and running. As the the technicians, Brett and Golden are truly great individuals and super polite. Works so well with different generations and always seem to have a smile on their face doing so. Overall a true 10/10 company. Recommend them to anyone.

Justin and his team check all the boxes when it comes to service, selection, installation, professionalism and here in Florida... being on time and delivering what you're promised.   AC failed and Big Air was at my house the same day to diagnose the issue and the next day to install new hardware.
