				Dustin was amazing. He came and assessed our situation and immediately advised us on what the best thing would be to do. My girlfriend and I recently moved down to Florida from Chicago to take care of my parents' home while they are in the process of selling their house in Chicago and retiring down here. 				This was our first time using BAM. They just installed two mini splits for us. They were prompt, courteous,and did great work. The units worked better than anticipated. The technicians, Dustin and Johnathon, took pride in their work. The owner, Ward, went above and beyond to accommodate our specific needs and gave us a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them for any future needs.

				Big Air Mechanical is a top notch company that does a great job not only at meeting your needs but exceeds in expectations. Starting at the initial call level, the office manager, Elayney, is remarkable and is extremely organized and efficient. Also is a great communicator. Such a pleasure to work with. As for the owner, Ward, another great down to earth type of person that will do anything he can in his power to get you up and running. As the the technicians, Brett and Golden are truly great individuals and super polite. Works so well with different generations and always seem to have a smile on their face doing so. Overall a true 10/10 company. Recommend them to anyone.
