				My tenant had a bad odor in the home and when I called Ward he made every effort to help me by squeezing me in while giving me reasonable expectations. His employees were very professional and did a great job. They followed up with me right after leaving and made me aware of future issues without make me feel pressured to buy anything. Not to mention the price was much better than the other three people I looked into.  Highly recommend!
