All I can say is top notch. Justin and his team check all the boxes when it comes to service, selection, installation, professionalism and here in Florida... being on time and delivering what you're promised. AC failed and Big Air was at my house the same day to diagnose the issue and the next day to install new hardware. First rate experience and would highly recommend their services to anyone here in south Florida. Keep doing great things Big Air.

Jon Zdeb was the tech who came to my home along with Justin. Great guys. I was really impressed with their service. They diagnosed my condition and repaired it, even though it was an old system. They were efficient and quick and thorough. I was also impressed with the the fact that they kept me informed at all stages AND they sent me an email with picture of the tech coming to my home. Very safe.

JZ is very professional and honest. He is very knowledgeable about the services he provides. He’s very friendly with a big personality so he’s sure to make you laugh at least once during his visit. He’s a happy person! The kind of person you can trust working in your home.
