				I was visiting my 87 year old Mom in Florida and the fan went out on her AC unit.  Big Air Mechanical (BAM) responded to her call before office hours, assessed the problem before noon and the part was replaced and the AC running before 3:30pm. 				Dustin was amazing. He came and assessed our situation and immediately advised us on what the best thing would be to do. My girlfriend and I recently moved down to Florida from Chicago to take care of my parents' home while they are in the process of selling their house in Chicago and retiring down here. Our A/C had been on the fritz and after we set up an appointment for the next available time, the A/C gave out completely. They came as quickly as possible and installed a brand new unit the next day. Dustin and Johnathan and everyone at Big Air Mechanical were so kind, understanding, and more than efficient with every aspect. We LOVE our new A/C and I cannot recommend another company more than them. 5/5 stars. Thanks again, so much, guys!
