				Dustin was amazing. He came and assessed our situation and immediately advised us on what the best thing would be to do. My girlfriend and I recently moved down to Florida from Chicago to take care of my parents' home while they are in the process of selling their house in Chicago and retiring down here. Our A/C had been on the fritz and after we set up an appointment for the next available time, the A/C gave out completely. They came as quickly as possible and installed a brand new unit the next day. Dustin and Johnathan and everyone at Big Air Mechanical were so kind, understanding, and more than efficient with every aspect. 				i  called  big air mech and they responded on time repair my air conditioner  on or about 2-3 days latter the air stopped working ,The Owner went to ft meyers on a saturday picked up a new unit and installed it on SUNDAY wowwhat a company  The two men came on a sunday at 8am and completed the job by 1pm  they were GREAT thanks for a great tech john thanks again david simon  dsimon8835@aol.com

				So it is Saturday afternoon outside temperature 98 deg. My A/C gives out, No A/C companies are answering the phone. A friend of mine says call Big AIR Mechanical, And I do MR. Ward Answers the phone,  and sends a mechanic within a half hour, he was a professional and saved the day. I now have him on my speed dial BAM. was the best service I ever had in years, PS. great prices, great work, very clean .
